Travel through the five major organs of your body, using sound and visualization. Qigong is a 4,000-year-old practice of energy cultivation used in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Presenter's Background: Kim Goldberg has studied Qigong, T’ai Chi and Liuhebafa since 1997. She is an award-winning poet and the author of six books including Ride Backwards on Dragon: a poet's journey through Liuhebafa. She offers her Pen & Dragon courses in Victoria, Nanaimo, and beyond.

Event Curriculum: Learn the five healing sounds for the five major organs of your body, along with each organ's associated colour, element, virtue and other properties. Information will be available on Kim's new Pen & Dragon classes starting in May.
